Adam Resseger is the co-founder and CEO of Oxford Home Lending. His passion for mortgage and mortgage marketing began over 20 years ago. Having been raised in a small farming town in northern Ohio, Adam spent much of his time in the woods fishing and hunting. He loved all sports, having wrestled and played soccer. He studied at Wittenberg University, with a major in Economics and a minor in Environmental Science. Adam also played collegiate soccer and rugby. After college, Adam moved to Columbus, Ohio, where he began his mortgage career. In 2005, Adam founded a direct-to-consumer mortgage company that blossomed into an INC 500/5000 company by 2008. Over the years, Adam has led an elite group of senior mortgage bankers and other team members that have followed him for well over a decade. In addition, Adam is excited to have joined forces in the building of Oxford Home Lending with his co-founder, Vincent DiNallo.

Adam has a love for building companies that allow for personal and financial development for their employees. His companies having funded over $5 billion in loan volume, he loves nothing more than to watch his people prosper through the ability to change their borrower’s lives for the better. At the end of the day, 90% of our assets walk out the door. Most companies forget that, hence why Oxford was formed.  

Adam’s real passion is mortgage marketing, where he specializes in direct mail and building call centers. Having sent over 50 million mail pieces, he has perfected his craft with the best-in-class marketing in the mortgage sector. His love for numbers, modeling, and analytics have allowed his team members to enjoy a stable inbound platform that is second to none. He realizes that you need three solid things to run a DTC mortgage platform: the right people, a solid platform, and the right leads. If any one of those gives, which is typical in the mortgage business, you either struggle or fail. Adam is beyond excited to have partnered with the LWR Family of Corporations. This gives him economies of scale, financial stability, autonomy, and a partner who understands how to navigate the mortgage maze with the best of them.  

Adam currently resides in New Albany, Ohio. He has one wonderful son and a 3-legged Labrador named Bo. His passion for fishing never ends, and you can often see him on the water bass fishing in weekly tournaments.
